This tuxedo is the black-tie and peak-lapel version of our classic Kincaid No. 3 suit. The jacket has full canvas construction — the sine qua non of tailoring — with a special, structured 3-layer canvas that'll mold and meld to your body over time, a natural shoulder, a 2 button front, peak lapels trimmed in silk grosgrain, side vents, and a shorter, darted body. Style-wise, it leans a little more Italian than the Virgil or the Landry. The trousers are, as usual, cut on the slimmer side with a matching grosgrain stripe down the side and side adjuster tabs at the waist for the perfect fit. It's made of a really beautiful wool mohair from England that sets it apart from all the ghosts of rentals past... the kind of tux you'll get excited about wearing. And just like all of our tailored clothing, it's designed to take you to black-tie events in Mississippi, Manhattan, and Milan without looking or feeling out of place.

We organize our tailored clothing into different levels of makes, similar to the way some German automakers have different series of cars.
Our sportiest, most casual make — unconstructed, with no canvas at all. The knockaround.
Our “easy” make, refined yet relaxed, with a lightweight, single-layer canvas. The basic.
Our “house” make and the one that started it all, with a structured, 3-layer canvas. The workhorse.
Our sarto make, with more handwork and a more natural, lightweight-yet-dense 2-layer canvas. The upgrade.
True sarto, with the same canvas as the No. 4, but completely handmade. The top of the line.
Hey Sid!
“I'm a big believer that every guy should own his own tuxedo. It pretty much never goes out of style and one could argue that the best a man ever looks is in a tux. So I'd find an occasion – maybe it's your own wedding, maybe, as in your case, you're just a guest, or maybe it's an award you've won – and invest in looking great that night.”
