A little equestrian, a little mod — English cowboy — the Chelsea is one of our all-time favorite boots, with a shape that goes all the way back to the 1800s. These are bench-made in Spain (talk about a cultural mashup) with Goodyear construction, a storm welt, and a Dainite sole. Excellent cold-weather dress shoes, especially when you're not sure if the occasion even calls for dress shoes... Chelseas have a way of looking as formal or as casual as you want them to. This pair has a brother in the exact same suede — a fraternal twin, if you will — without the storm welt. It's mostly an aesthetic thing, since the Dainite sole takes care of the weatherproofing, and purely a matter of preference. In fact, Sid owns (and wears) both versions. Fly your own kite.

“An incredibly versatile pair of shoes that are worth the investment. They give you a very elegant line when worn with dress pants, and when worn with jeans you get a little bit of rock 'n' roll spirit. In the cooler months you could honestly wear a pair every day.”Read more
