Vesper Blazer Navy Cashmere Hopsack
The Vesper is a fully canvassed jacket that has the same ease and lightweight spirit of the Ghost, but with the addition of a featherweight, single-layer canvas for a bit of structure. The best of both worlds. Made in Italy with spalla camicia shirtsleeve construction, it’s finished with solid, unlacquered brass buttons that will take on a wonderful patina over time. The pockets on the front are special, too: we designed them so that you can tuck in the flaps (without looking like you just tucked in the flaps) for a more casual look. The fabric of this one — a beautiful cashmere hopsack from one of our favorite tailored mills — is so special that it became the starting point for the entire Vesper make. In fact, we designed the jacket around this exact cloth. It’s the rare case where the fabric came first: the Vesper exists to let it shine.
