It's hard to think of a more classic tie than silk repp. They're usually striped (although they don’t have to be,) and easily paired with almost any shirt. The stripes on this one run the English way — left down to right, heart to sword — per regimental tradition. This one is hand-rolled in Ireland in our forever-go-to 8cm width: not too skinny, not too fat, and designed to sit in perfect harmony with both the lapel of our jackets and the length of our shirt collars.
