A short-sleeved button-down has a very Beach Boys vibe. Ideal for warmer weather, surfboard optional. This one is made from Liberty Fabrics, a textile house that's been producing some of our favorite prints since 1875. The Agnes Meadow print was originally designed in 1958 and perfectly exemplifies the playful, small-scale florals that they're best at — and we like the way a small print plays with the roll of the button-down collar (soft and nonfused for the perfect amount of "bloom"... no pun intended.) As always, there are extra-thick buttons, a long-enough-to-stay-tucked-in shirttail, and an overall cut that's slim but never skinny. (Sid likes the extra length, but it's easy to shorten if you prefer.)

Liberty Fabrics has been producing some of our favorite prints since 1875. The Piccadilly poplin quality is heavier and more opaque than their signature Tana Lawn® quality — though still quite soft — and especially suited to the kinds of pieces that benefit from more structure. Each print is hand-drawn or painted by their London-based design team, then applied to fabric at Liberty's own printing mill in Northern Italy.
