This polo has the same rough-and-tumble spirit of a classic rugby shirt, but with a few details that make it more “riff” and less “literal team uniform” — i.e. 3.5mm Trocas shell buttons rather than traditional rubber, a twill collar and placket, and a tailored shape. It's made up in heavyweight Peruvian pima pique.
