We were super excited to get our hands on some true-blue Indian cotton madras... handwoven with just the right amount of slub and irregularity to it. The color combo on this one is special, too — we like when a madras shirt is moody enough to wear in cold weather. This one's got a modified spread collar with lightweight, nonfused interlining for a soft, relaxed look. As always, the cut is slim but never skinny, with a high armhole for mobility and a long-enough-to-stay-tucked-in shirttail. (Sid likes it this way, but you can always get it shortened.) It's made with single-needle stitching, 18 stitches/inch, flat-felled seams, and thick, 3.5mm Trocas shell buttons.
