Button-Down Dress Shirt Light Pink Oxford

It’s hard to come up with something more classic than an OCBD. Ours is made from beefy, American-style oxford cloth — woven in Portugal; go figure — and finished with a soft, nonfused button-down collar with just the right amount of “bloom.” As always, the cut is slim but never skinny, with a high armhole for mobility and a shirttail long enough to stay tucked in. (Sid likes it this way, but it's easy to shorten if you prefer.) It's constructed with single-needle stitching at 22 stitches/inch, flat-felled seams, and thick 3.5mm Trocas shell buttons. When it eventually shows its age, retire it to sport-shirt status, because the more you wash, wear, and knock around this fabric, the better (read: softer) it gets.
