Major Paul McCartney-in-a-field vibes. Our Fair Isle sweater is a little less rough-hewn and a little more luxe (and much, much, much softer) than the Scottish classic it's inspired by. Just as special, but a touch easier to wear thanks to the blend of yarns. Alpaca wool is the star: soft, lofty, and incredibly lightweight thanks to a hollow fiber structure that allows it to adapt to your body temperature by retaining heat only when you need it, and wicking away moisture when you don’t. It's naturally antimicrobial, odor-resistant, and also highly renewable… alpacas have a lighter environmental footprint (literally) than hooved animals like sheep and goats, making their wool more sustainable overall than merino or cashmere. In our book, it's one of the coolest fibers on the planet.
