Our Cashpad outerwear is filled with recycled cashmere fibers, pressed into a sheet for a super-soft, sustainable alternative to traditional down or synthetic fill. It really does the job, too: compared with down, it's equally warm, lighter in weight, and holds its shape better in wet conditions. The shell is made from a water-repellent dry-waxed cotton poplin from Scotland, produced by the mill that pioneered the dry-wax process more than 150 years ago. Unlike traditional waxed cottons, this fabric won’t feel oily or transfer, and it naturally adjusts to temperature — softer and more breathable in warm weather, stiffer and more wind-resistant in the cold. An ideal layering piece for in between seasons.
