Side-Tab Dress Trouser Meadow Country Cloth

This is a more streamlined version of our classic flat-front dress trouser, still cut on the slimmer side, but with elasticized tabs at the sides instead of belt loops. (There's a trademarked term for this that rhymes with “tax” — you know the one — but the most important thing to know is that you don’t need to wear a belt. One less thing to worry about.) The fabric for this pair comes from a family-owned mill in West Yorkshire and strikes the perfect balance between rustic and elegant, which is why we call it Country Cloth. It's dry and a little crunchy, with a slightly open construction that gives it some breathability to offset the weight of the wool. Each pair is made with horn buttons, on-seam pockets, end-on-end pocketing, a split-back waist with our signature green bartack, and a 37.5" unfinished inseam that’s ready to tailor to your perfect length. Bonus: they even hook up to a matching jacket, so you can wear it as a full suit.
