Chore jackets originated in 19th-century France as garments to wear while knocking out day-to-day work (hence the name). We haven’t strayed too far from the original — simple shape, clean patch pockets at the front, an easy fit through the body — but we've taken it up a notch with horn buttons and elevated fabric. This one is made from soft Italian moleskin in a punchy shade of berry pink. Excellent worn on its own, but equally excellent peeking out from under a heavier coat in a more chilled-out color.
