WM Brown Magazine Issue No. 16

The Spring 2024 issue of our pal Matt Hranek's excellent seasonal magazine. It's a publication that speaks to “the guy who loves well-crafted and well-tailored things, simple food, a good story, an off-the-beaten path trip, a good hunt, a trout stream, European sports cars, pickup trucks, a well-made cocktail, or an unapologetic can of cheap lager beer” through photographs, interviews, recipes, travel pieces, and other ephemera. This issue is all about personal obsessions: “We cover the intrepid journey of a custom-built rally car from the UK to Italy and tour the Lagavulin whisky distillery in Scotland, still using peated malt. There are odes to the La Pavoni coffeemaker, a portrait of legendary surfboard maker, Renny Yater, and a rare look into Italian design Atelier Fornasetti. The style stories likewise make strong statements about the season, with white-on-white dressing at Pitti Uomo and cover subject Kévis Manzi photographed in Paris wearing some of his favorite spring looks.”
