heads up: items in your bag are not reserved until checkout
This pair of jeans is made in Los Angeles of rigid selvedge denim from Cone Mills. Just like all of our 5-pockets, the shape riffs on two other longtime favorites: think Levi's 501s with more taper, APC New Standards with more room in the rise, and slimmer than both from the knee down. They're made with blue oxford pocketing, a button fly, brass rivets, chain-stitched hems, and clean, unbranded back pockets. If you're new to selvedge, don't be put off by the initial stiffness — raw denim softens up and fades over time. And especially if you can hold off on washing them for awhile, they'll wear in and become as unique to you as your fingerprints. (We also make a rinsed, non-selvedge version if you prefer a less-crunchy, more broken-in starting point.)

Deep Dive
“Yes, a pair of selvedge jeans starts out rigid – but that doesn’t last long. After a few wears, they’ll soften and fade and become as unique to you as a fingerprint.”
