The Luisa has just the right amount of drama. It's similar to Paige, with an A-line skirt, a little more room through the chest, and a bias-cut neckline with a beautiful roll to it. Mikado is one of our favorite occasion-dressing fabrics for its structure and slight sheen (in fact its name comes from the Japanese word for 'emperor' because it was worn by 19th-century dignitaries). This one hangs beautifully, with a natural roundness, so we tacked down a few of its pleats for balance.
