Elbow-Sleeve Frill Dress Navy/Berry Mini Floral Crinkle Cotton

Our most feminine popover, in dress form. This one is made up in a Japanese crinkle cotton (think year-round seersucker.) There's also on-seam pockets and extra fabric to let down the hem if you'd like a longer dress — it can be lengthened up to 3 more inches. Note that the frilled trim is intentionally unfinished, cut on the bias with a raw edge, so expect a little fraying over time and avoid machine drying.
