The jacket/sweater hybrid that sold out in a heartbeat last fall... and one of Ann's all-time favorites. Tyrolean refers to Tyrol, the Alpine region of Italy and Austria. Think edelweiss, dirndls, lederhosen, and general folkloric fantasy. But you don’t have to go full Heidi to appreciate the usefulness of a piece like this. It’s made up in a cozy, sweater-y boiled wool and finished with embossed brass buttons. A real heritage piece that looks great layered over a crisp woven shirt or a fine-gauge turtleneck. (NB: boiled wool is prone to a little pilling over time — part of the natural beauty — so we've included our cedar sweater comb in the pocket for the occasional touch-up. Gently drag the metal part of the comb over the surface of the garment to remove any excess fuzz. You can also use it to refresh your other sweaters, too... an especially handy GWP.)
