When we first started making jeans, Ann's favorite cropped flare shape was the second order of business after the classic straight-leg silhouette. No high-tech fabric composition, no fussy back pocket stitching, no magic seam placement... just a classic pair of jeans that makes you look like a better, more pulled-together version of yourself. Each pair is made in Los Angeles (just like our men's jeans) out of stretch Cone Mills denim in deep indigo blue.

TRUE BLUE
With any true indigo fabric, there’s a risk of color transfer, where a little blue makes its way to light-colored fabrics or your skin. This is called crocking, and it usually comes out in the washing machine or the shower, respectively! Inherent to natural indigo dye, it’s part of what makes those garments fade so beautifully. Still, for the first few wears, we recommend laundering separately and staying away from light-colored upholstery.
