The Celia is a sweet, cap-sleeve top that seems to flatter everyone. And while it's pretty simple at first glance, there's a ton going on behind the scenes to make you look fantastic. The delicate pleats at the neckline are stitched 1” down to avoid adding too much puff, and the armholes are carefully cut to flatter your arms — whether they're raised or at your side. We finished it with a rounded side slit hem (our favorite way to make a boxier top drape beautifully at your hips.)
