Tiny ruffles at the collar and cuff — but none through the body — make this a just-feminine-enough riff on a classic popover. It's made up in our favorite poplin from Italy that's crisp and silky at the same time. One note: the frilled trim is intentionally unfinished, with a raw edge, so expect a little fraying over time and avoid machine drying.
