There's almost no place you can't wear a dotted tie. A barbecue, maybe, or a black-tie event... but barring those extremes, it's one of the most versatile patterns around. The scale of this dot is fairly small, so it's spirited without drawing too much attention to itself. It's not too skinny, not too fat, and made just for us in Italy.
