A classic French house slipper from rural Charente... they've been making this exact shape by hand since the 17th century, so something must be working. The originals were made of wool felt scraps from the Royal Navy capes during the reign of Louis XIV, although this pair is made from full-grain suede with a woolly shearling lining and a felted wool sole. Same idea, though. Each pair of slippers is made in France with LC's traditional stitch-and-return method that makes them especially comfortable and flexible. They can be worn outdoors, too, but we really love them for padding around indoors on the weekend.
