The Kiki is an easier, less-fussy take on a ladylike cardigan jacket. The open front and short sleeves make it a great warm-weather layering piece. The tweedy fabric of this one comes from an iconic Spanish mill that's famous for its fantasy jacquards and specialty textures. One note: it's on the more delicate side and can snag — which is typical of a fabric like this — so be careful with big jeweled rings, sharp surfaces, etc.
“A cardigan jacket is synonymous with chic, at least to me. Round neck, tweedy boucle, cut only as long as the waist... very French. We call ours the Kiki jacket, in a not-so-subtle nod to Coco Chanel, who made this style iconic.”
