We consider the Carla a chilled-out, slightly more casual take on our pleated wrap skirt. It has an easy pull-on elastic waist with a semi-attached belt, so you can throw it on and look polished (and cinched) in a snap. This one's made up in an Italian poplin so crisp we call it paperweight — exactly what we want to be wearing on the warmest days of the year.
