Where is the sale?
For the first time ever, we'll be holding this sale in our actual warehouse and distribution center, which is a five-minute drive down the road (1.1 miles) from our shops and offices in Atlanta. It's at the end of English Street, which is essentially a big loop off Huff Road, and can be accessed by turning onto either English Street or Fairmont Avenue from Huff. For this event, we're asking that you enter the sale via English Street and exit via Fairmont.
What will be included in the sale?
So much great stuff! It's been five years since our last warehouse sale, so there's a lot to share. You'll see clothing, shoes, accessories, Made-to-Measure pieces, samples, and seconds from our in-house lines and outside brands we've carried — both men's and women's.
What will pricing be like?
The markdowns are major and we're excited about them. Prices will be similar to (and lower than) the 70%-off discounts we've offered in the final weekends of our semiannual sales.
Can I call ahead and put items on hold?
No. Due to the volume of warehouse sale product, and to be fair to all, we cannot hold or check availability of any items. Our physical stores and website are happy to accommodate any requests regarding current product, but given the one-time nature of the warehouse sale, you'll have to come and see for yourself — and the hunt is more fun, anyway. During the sale, we'll have lots of associates on the floor to help you find what you're looking for.
Will everything be sold out if I can't get there til Saturday?
Probably not! We have plenty of product to share, and there will be lots of finds to go around for the entire sale. However, there are very limited quantities per style, not to mention one-offs, so if you see something you love, jump on it.
Will I have to wait in line forever?
We hope not! This is our biggest space yet, so there should be plenty of room inside. Inside, we'll have several associates on the floor to help you find what you're looking for, and several checkout stations to get you out the door & on your way.
Where can I park?
We have a large parking lot on the south side of our warehouse, and a smaller one on the north side, right in front of the entrance to the sale. There will also be limited street parking available. Please do not park in front of anyone's home.
What kind of shoes should I wear?
Closed-toed shoes! This sale is taking place in our actual warehouse.
How can I pay?
We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay. We will not be accepting cash nor checks. If you need a receipt, we'll be offering them in printed form only (no email) to make the checkout process as quick as possible.
Are warehouse sale purchases final sale?
All items purchased at the warehouse sale will be final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Are warehouse sale purchases eligible for alterations?
Not from us. This time around, items purchased at the warehouse sale will not be eligible for alterations in our shops — you'll need to take those to your own tailor if any tweaks are needed.
Can I try stuff on?
Yes, we'll have private fitting rooms. Since all sales are final, it's probably a good idea to try items on before purchasing.
Will the shops still be open?
Yes, it will be business as usual in all of our shops (Atlanta, Houston, DC, Dallas, LA, and New York).
